    Mitesh from Karma Mortgage came highly recommended from my realtor friend for an investment property in Texas. I trusted my friend. I got quote from Mitesh and two others including builder preferred lender. Though Builder was providing $3000 incentives if I go with the Builder preferred lender, Karma Mortgage offered me total of around $12K in savings with a lower interest rate and loan costs. Im looking to refinance my other Texas properties with Karma Mortgage again once the interest rates comes down. They were very fast in response and closing compared to the other Mortgage lenders I had experience with in the past. Highly recommend!
