Karen was so awesome! I was a first time home buyer while working with her, so you can imagine how lost I was in the process. She was very helpful and patient with me. I’d message her late in the evening, and she’d always reply even if she didn’t have the answer off the top of her head. I appreciated her acknowledging my messages and following up the next morning with answers. My closing took a little longer because of the sellers, but Karen was communicating with me every day even when there was no progress to touch base, keep me updated and make sure I didn’t feel left out.

Karen Cardona was an excellent partner in our first time home buying experience. She was super knowledgeable, attentive, and fun to work with. She went above and beyond and helped us late into the night numerous times, with things like multiple loan estimates and getting the paperwork done. She was always patient and answered every one of our hundred of questions via text / call, or found someone who did and relayed the information. Finally, she was personable and pleasant to work with, which helped reassure us throughout the process. It was clear we could immediately trust her with this huge purchase. We would not be in a home today without her constant assistance and reassurance throughout the mortgage process. We would highly recommend her.
