It took us over a year to find the home we wanted. We had to redo our loan three times before we found the home of our dreams. We would be ready to pull the trigger on a home then we would walk away for six months. We would then call Cheatham again and have to start the process all over again. They were so patient and accommodating we never once felt anything other than “you guys take your time and make sure the house is right for you”. We didn’t know much about this process and they walked us through it every step of the way. In the end we had a problem getting funds from our 401k and they helped us brainstorm on how to still purchase the house of our dreams. The whole process I was nervous and frustrated and they were always at the ready with a solution or some insight. Basically what I’m saying is I can not imagine another larger company happy to stick it out with us for so long with such positive vibes! Thanks guys!!

We closed on our mortgage on Friday with Pilgrim mortgage. The process went about 45 days their platform is easy to use it lists the document needed and it tells you which one is uploaded so you ll need which one is still missing. Also whenever theres an email about something breakdown of numbers, employment verification etc you better believe youll also get a phone call from to answer your questions. All in ALL we had a smooth process and the Cheatham team took care of us
