I just finished refinancing my mortgage with Justin and SunWest. What a great experience. The process was smooth and simple and Justin did a great job of communicating throughout. He was able to clearly explain early on all of the documentation that would be required, any potential hiccups that might occur (none did, thankfully), a breakdown of the estimated costs (which he was able to come in under!), and the timeline that it would take.
