Never before have we ever heard of a company that actually treats you like a person and not just another number.     Today’s housing market is rough! A house can list and have an offer accepted within a matter of hours. For me, it was just 3 hours from when my house was listed to when the seller had accepted my offer! However, the fun doesn’t stop there and that’s where Julie came in clutch for me.Julie was with me every step of the way. “Every step of the way” meaning enduring my random texts at all hours of the day and night, meeting with me at the drop of a hat to discuss rates/my next steps, multiple phone calls, assisting me in placing more than one offer (it’s so easy to be outbid), and overall just being a huge pillar of support during something that could otherwise be extremely overwhelming. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her.I’d recommend Julie to anyone who wants a loan agent who actually cares about them. The last week was the most intense because I was on vacation with limited cell reception but Julie held on and worked my loan out in a way that was nothing shy of magic. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the work she did while I was on vacation. Every time I felt like everything was falling apart, there was Julie with some crazy glue holding my loan (and me) together.By the end, it felt like we had gone 5 rounds with all the hoops I had had to jump through but Julie was there with nothing but excitement for me when I finally got to close on my home.
