He is a great listener, very attentive, and truly learned to know his client. Joses professionalism helped bring calmness to what could had been a stressful situation. He started the journey and completed with us. It was a coincidence how we meet but perfect for our journey. I cant thank him enough. He has the heart and action of a true servant. Monument square mortgage embodies its name, Monument. This teams customer service is unparalleled. They are efficient and knowledgeable. I closed on my house in a ground breaking 11 business days. They took over my case when a renowed mortgage company dropped the ball 2 days prior to closing. You can imagine my disappointment and shock but as God would have it, I had the last laugh. My interest rate, mortgage payments and down payment was significantly lower which made this entire process bitter sweet.
