My experience with clear home choice was phenomenal. I had the best experience the are for sure the best hands down. The process is easy they help you all the way. From the start the communication which is very important was by far the best, I went through 5 loan officers who turned me down before I was recommended to Jose. I was given an answer same day I applied. Clear choice answered all questions and gave me same day approval. Lluvia was my processor, she was sweet and made me feel comfortable with the loan. She explained the process from start to finish gave me her direct number told me to call night or day if I had any questions or doubts to call her, she was very attentive to me and any questions I had. Julio who helped me close was the BEST. Julio not only communicated well with me but also my realtor, he constantly gave me updated and provided me with next steps. Jose has by far the best on his team!! If you can’t get approved or just looking into not only great but trustworthy company please use Clear choice I was able to close on a home sooner than scheduled. They are the smoothest, easiest and stress free. They work hard and fight to help you into a home. I highly recommend Jose and his team they are by far the best!
