He kept us in the loop as much as possible, and even advised us a bit throughout the process, about what the best steps for us were. He was very patient with us, and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. I am, overall, very pleased with our experience!

Jonny was great at answering calls, texts and emails at all hours and all days...that is a valuable and thankless trait. Was a pleasure working with him!

My husband and I had a great experience with Prosperity Home Mortgage and with Jonny Pugsley. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because things changed quite a bit along the way as we were going through the process (interest rates, what we qualified for, etc.) after they told us they could get us to a certain number. I do understand that things like that can be unpredictable with the economy being as inconsistent as it is right now. However, with all that being said, they still showed incredible deligence to get the job done as soon as they could. As previously mentioned, they were incredibly communicative and my husband and I were aware of exactly where we were in the process and what they needed from us. Their team was quick, efficient, and communicative. Also very pleasant people to work with as well, we never had any issues with customer service. We are very thankful.
