I Cannot Recommend Jon Holmes and his team enough. We have worked on close to 100 transactions together and he always meets his deadlines, always does a good job of walking clients through the process and above all HE ACTUALLY CARES about the clients. Genuinely a great person and an incredible loan officer!

Jon did such a great job for us! I would 100% recommend him. I hadn’t bought a home in a long time and allot has changed in that time. Jon walked us thru the process and kept everything going smoothly at all times. He worked closely with our realtor as well so we were all on the same page. Their app is a huge time saver and made sending documents so easy! Jon under promised and seriously over delivered! Our closing costs were well under what we originally expected and we were really pleased with everything about his service. He always got back to us very quickly when we had any questions. He made a stressful process seem easy!

Jon was very personable and great to work with. He provided us with information anytime there were updates, and he got with us promptly to go over the details. He was always available and answered all the questions we continued to come up with. From the start of the loan process to the closing paperwork, he was practically spot on with all the numbers that were involved. There were never any surprises pertaining to the numbers, primarily when it came to the loan amount, the down payment and the monthly payment. I would recommend Jon to any of my friends and family members, and will do so if any of them are in need of buying a new home. I was 100% satisfied with Jon working our loan for the purchase of our new home.

There are numerous decisions that a new homebuyer has to make on the home purchasing journey, and one of our BEST decisions we made during this process was choosing Jon Holmes as our mortgage lender. Jon really went above and beyond for us in every step of the home purchasing process. He was patient, detail-oriented, timely, and is an absolute expert in his field! Even with our busy work schedules, he made 100000% effort to contact us regularly to ensure that we felt comfortable and understood what was going on. As new homebuyers, there are a lot of foreign terms and processes that we were not familiar with, and Jon took the time to educate us. The knowledge that we gained from Jons expertise was extremely valuable in purchasing our home, but will also be useful for the next future homes we may consider.Words really cant explain how grateful we are for everything Jon has done for us. There were times where we questioned the intentions of others, but we always had Jons support and he always had our best interest in mind.
