I recently purchased my first single family rental property and used Sente Mortgage company for the loaning process. From start to finish the experience has been exceptional. Realizing this was my first investment property, I needed a lot of help along the way. John McKinley and Barbara were both so patient. They took extra time to explain the process and were quick to return phone calls or email messages. Barbara handled the bulk of my loan paperwork and is a true gem. After my house did not appraise as well as I thought it would John worked extra hard at getting me a better loan and better interest rate. I even got some money back at closing! The entire experience at Sente Mortgage has been better than I could have expected and I can definitely see myself using this company again in the future.
