Me and my wife just purchased our first home. We used a previous lender before John. They made the whole precious difficult and didn’t explain anything to us and we were never able to get them on the phone John stepped in and answered every question we had and walked us through every step of the process. Once we got the clear to close John took the time to go over the closing disclosure line by line with us so we knew what to expect and answered all the questions we had. He also answered the phone or returned our call immediately day or night. If you’re looking for a lender that actually cares and is looking out for your own best interest go with John.
