John Guerra is amazing. He’s facilitated the mortgage application process for 2 properties I’ve purchased in the last few years, one in Texas and the other in Florida. He worked well with my real estate agent and insurance agent also. He is competent, efficient, and helpful - oh, and a really nice person. He helped make a rather complicated process painless.

John prioritizes you in order to ensure the best experience. He’s an excellent and flexible communicator, whether by phone, text or email. We have used John to purchase 3 different houses now over the last 3 years (2 in Texas and 1 in Florida). We were thrilled to hear when we were moving to Florida that he happened to also be licensed in Florida. John goes above and beyond to get your loan approved and closed, answering all my random questions along the way. Hes always VERY quick to respond (which in what can be stressful real estate transactions is a huge relief). You can tell he really cares about his clients and doing what is best for them.
