Absolutely fantastic to work with. I am a first-time homebuyer at the age of 25, and I did not feel prepared to deal with the many complexities of home ownership, however Joel took a huge weight off my shoulders. Joel was very patient with me with all of my questions, he also responded to every single message I left him immediately, and NEVER let his phone go to voicemail. I felt like I was Joels only client, however his skills extend far beyond just being good at dealing with people. I had several lenders, some personal friends, who I was working with to try to get the best deal I could for a home, and Joel managed to get me a deal that I wont ever be regretting. Joel was extremely professional, and I could tell he has been doing what he does for a long time. My client was approved with a different Loan Officer who wasnt giving my client the attention he deserves that LO had dropped the ball and I had enough excuses. I called Joel and he said he could close the Loan ASAP, he managed to get it closed in less than 2 weeks. He had great communication and worked hard to get us to the closing table, he has extreme attention to detail and catered to my client! Joel Cuellar was very helpful and patient with me. He kept me updated and answer all my questions even during weekends. I didnt like Cross Country Mortgage as I wish the processor (or the person who gives the final say) give a more clear information/confirmation to Joel on my first time applying for a home. I did explained my situation (as a travel healthcare) and they were okay with it at first but it got difficult later. But if you have a normal career (local single type) then I recommend CCM and I highly recommend Joel he is amazing! Y, por supuesto, habla espanol y me senti mucho mejor al saber que puedo communicarme en ambos idiomas. si lo sabes, lo sabes. 10/10!
