    I was in the process of selling my home when the day before closing we received a call that our title company faced a cyber attack and we would not be closing. Joe new, our buyers lender, jumped into action and found a title company we could switch to would honor the title policy we had. We all worked together to move closing to a new title company and ended up closing that afternoon. This was an amazing team effort as it took myself, my agent, him and his team, his agent, and the new title company to pull together everything need for closing. His communication was excellent and we even saw him at closing. I still cant believe we moved title companies at 8am and funded that day. Thank you for all your hard work Joe New and team!!

Joe walked us through the complex mortgage process, educating us on what we could afford. He made us feel good about how much we could (and could not) afford.     Amazing does not justify this team! They are efficient, caring, knowledgeable, beyond incredible and I can go on and on. I had a horrible life altering experience with another lending company when I was suppose to close in just a few days and the Joe New team at Cherry Creek Mortgage gracefully took me in and worked magic to get me approved and closed in less than 2 weeks! (THATS NOT EAST PEOPLE) Not only did they make this happen but did everything possible to make sure I was getting the best possible deal and secured while doing it.     If youre reading these reviews to try and get a feel for how Joes team operates, let me sum up a few key points:1.) They worked extremely fast and went out of their way to help us get an offer submitted for a home. I was expecting days, not hours, for our case.2.) Our buying agent, with The Wall Team, pointed us in Joes direction. We later learned that the selling agent also loved working with Joes team. I cant say it helped out offer get picked, but those two Realtors, AND the title company all said that their team was fantastic and seamless to work with.3.) As a first time homebuyer, they answered all of my OCD questions, and even contacted me after hours to help keep me in the loop of what was going on, especially Joey, poor guy. You cant beat their customer service. I learned as the process went on that theyre very well respected in the area.
