The two things I like most about working with Joe were 1) he didn’t try to convince us to go with his service or overwhelm is with communication. He gave us his best rate, no haggling required, then left the decision to us (and answered our many questions of course). When the time came to pick who we would go with to finance our home Joe came out on top. The insights he provided on the industry of mortgage lending is truly invaluable. His integrity was also something that was deeply appreciated as well. He provided the lowest rate from the start compared to other lenders (Other lenders/brokers only lowered the rate once we informed them we received a lower rate offer.) He also worked with us during the holiday season which was a major need for us. While you should always shop around for Brokers/Agents, I would highly recommend Joe for his Work Ethic, Integrity, and Candidness about the mortgage industry.
