Working with Jim and his team was an absolute pleasure. They were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions as a first-time homebuyer. Despite the number of questions I had, they were always responsive, even outside of regular hours. The entire process was streamlined, making it easy for us to follow, and we were able to close over a week ahead of schedule. The technology they used, especially the ability to sign most of the closing documents electronically, made the in-person signing process much faster. I also really appreciated Jim being there in person during the closing, offering his support every step of the way.

Jim and his team are true experts and will keep an active eye on the market to make sure you lock in the best rate but also make sure all the is are dotted and ts crossed when it comes to the paperwork.Moreover, the PRMI online portal is very intuitive and helps you keep track of every step of the mortgage process. You get email reminders as well as informative videos when reaching important steps from pre-approval to closing disclosures.I had a fantastic experience purchasing our first home even with a short 16 day escrow period with Jim and his team on our side.
