First and foremost great services with a personal touch. Buying a home is always nerve wreckignion. I wanted to to make sure I was approved first. Spoke with Jeremy and felt comfortable right away. Steps were easy , explained and while working 60 plus hours a week. I always felt helped and could easily get ahold of Jeremy at any moment. Online email was always great since getting to his office on time wasnt always an option for me. Even after hours if I had a question he would get to me immediately. I was assured even when I was doubtful about the process. It was fast and efficient. Jeremy said we were good (me being skeptical) would second, third, fourth, fifth guess would still be nervous he would always reaffirm and answer after the 5th time. Before I knew, the process was done and I had the keys to my new home. Being a Veteran heard the VA Loan process could be dreadful. Jeremy was there to instruct me to what I needed. I believe it took me longer to find the house I needed than to process my paper work. I am very Grateful to been recommended Jeremy and his office. Thank you.
