Look no further than Jennifer for your mortgage, she’s the one you want on your side to get the deal done! Quick, efficient, friendly, communicative, and a wealth of knowledge.Jennifer was always there to answer our questions and be the first resource to the home lending process. We were first time homebuyers who were trying to move quickly through the process when we saw the perfect home for us while randomly going to open houses. Needless to say, we had a lot of questions and anxiety around the process where Jennifer was able to fill in where she could and find out answers where she didn’t necessarily need to. Most importantly, as a loan officer, she was able to do things quickly and efficiently to get the deal closed ASAP relieving a lot of the anxiety around the process. I don’t know how else we could’ve closed on this home without Jennifer. We recently closed on a dream home and the process was painless and stress-free from start to finish. Jennifer goes above and beyond to treat you like family. She is beyond thorough and professional, crosses her Ts and dot her is. With a huge financial step like home purchasing, she and her team put all your concerns at ease as you can trust they are there for you the whole way through. My husband and I have been on a home journey for over four years. Weve called upon Jennifer multiple times to assist us with options and help us explore pros and cons. We never felt pressured or like any of our questions were dumb ones. Jennifer cares and simply wants to make sure you are making the best choice for your life. We had been looking for a home to begin our next chapter with our large blended family. When we began our journey we were looking for a larger home. Jennifer was quick to respond, provided us with everything we needed and treated us with the utmost respect and care. We then paused our efforts during the pandemic, and as the market has had crazy fluctuations we have consulted with Jennifer around many different options. For a time we considered a home remodel and she provided options for us including a HELOC and other refinancing options to maximize our satisfaction and remain comfortably in our home. Ultimately the home we had been seeking popped up on the market and without a hitch, Jennifer helped us switch our plan. Everything was in place quickly so that we could act fast and seal the deal. Our experience with the Cherry Creek Mortgage team was mostly with Josh and Burton! They were both FANTASTIC!Josh was always clear and respond to our questions and concerns. He helped guide us as fist time home buyers and made the process smooth.We only looked for homes for one day before we put an offer in on a home but Burton happily facilitated viewing the homes we were interested and suggested others as well. Worked with our schedule for open house viewings.I would highly recommend Josh, Burton, Jennifer and the whole Cherry Creek team as a buyers agents. If we ever chose to sell or buy our second home they would be the first we would go to!
