I’m sure Jefferson Bank is a fine bank, I don’t know, I don’t have an account there - I’m giving five stars for the giant nickel out front, I tell ya, I’ve always loved that gosh darn giant nickel, it’s iconic Roadside Americana!

I’ve been a member of this bank for a long time. This location has always impressed me with their customer service. I recently stopped in late in the afternoon and Ashley C. helped me with a loan. She managed to get my loan processed and paid the same day. Again this is late in the afternoon, these things normally take a few hours. She was also very knowledgeable with the banks products services and pointed out some things I could do to make business easier.The best part about this location is that employees take care of their customers. Ive never felt like just a number here and I always leave this location with a sense of security that my money is in the right hands.Toodles

I dont have an account at this bank. I was trying to use my ATM card at the ATM machines in the neighborhood, but it was old and failing and only worked in machines that would let you swipe quicky. I told a teller my problem and asked if they could help. They could and did. Thanks Jefferson Bank. You saved my day.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Been using this bank since 1975. Just moved to Southside but will continue to give them my business because of treatment they give to customers. And besides they know me.
