I want to give attention and thanks to the Owners, President and Vice Presidents with Jefferson Bank at this location @ Navarro & Pecan. I had to be reissued a new debit card b4 the end of 2023. Andy in the Fraud dept was polite, friendly, kind and extremely professional. Long story short. Ive been banking with Jefferson Bank for nearly 52 years. I completely forgot to activate my new debit card trying to purchase groceries at HEB today. I called downtown location where Jessa went beyond the line of duty in assisting me with making sure if I had activated my new debit card, which I had not...Im thankful, grateful and appreciative to having Jefferson Bank with such excellent employees going beyond their work ethics, always. Anytime Ive had any kind of dilemma, Jessa, Lorraine, Cindy and Jessica are always extremely friendly, polite, kind and courteous. I moved from MA to TX 4 years ago. During the move, an employee of the moving company stole blank checks from me, and tried to cash them. An eagle-eyed teller at the small bank where I banked in Cambridge noticed the handwriting wasnt mine; eventually, partly due to the observant teller, the thief was caught. But, because of that positive experience with a small bank, I decided to stick with smaller banks and chose Jefferson Bank when I moved to SA. Candelario Gomez had a lot to do with that choice. Always friendly, always eager to help, and very knowledgeable about the services Jefferson Bank has to offer, Candelarios the kind of banker my experience has shown me that I can trust.

Banking with Jefferson Bank for 47 years! Very happy here. Everyone is polite, friendly, kind, good listeners, quick correct currency counts. I enjoy driving to Jefferson Bank downtown on Navarro & Travis st. Directly across from Travis Park. Denise, Kevin, Lorraine and Candelario are extremely professional. Nowadays when a fair deal is more than what you can ask for!This is one of the best banks bar none! We have our vehicles financed through Jefferson and the process was a breeze and the experience was top notch! Meghan Stark provided a up and personal experience she left us feeling like family! A very friendly personality and a no bs approach.If you need a vehicle loan I highly recommend Jefferson bank.They might not be able to get everyone approved, but they will give you a fair shot!
