The Manager at Jefferson Bank in Leon Valley, Cassie, is the sweetest person. She always takes good care of us and goes out of her way to help when ever we need it. She has always been that way, even before she was in a management position. Cassie is and has always been a great person to deal with at Jefferson Bank. I have used JB for over 35 years. They have always been attentive and responsive to me and my business. They are truly amazing partners and friends. Anytime that I have ever needed them they have been there for me.During Covid they were incredible and helped me so much with the PPP when larger national banks abandoned their clients. This bank was strong when other large national banks failed in 2008 as well. They contribute plenty to our community also. Choose a local bank that cares about you and choose this one!
