I reached out to Jay based on meeting him at an insurance event to find out if he did mortgages in Florida. Once finding out he did we proceeded through the mortgage process.This is not our first home purchase and everyone complains about the process (I work in insurance and we deal with this daily) and when I tell you theres never been a more seamless transaction than this one in the hundreds Ive been involved in I mean every word of it. Jay and his processing team quickly requested the documentation they needed, once provided they moved through the process without a hiccup. They had clear to close quickly and there wasnt a single thing out of line.I could not recommend Jay enough for the most enjoyable process. Jay and his team worked with us throughout our first VA Construction Loan process. To be honest, I dont think it couldve been any more successful than it actually was; his team not only made the VA Construction Loan process super easy to understand, but extremely efficient and streamlined. We even rolled a land purchase into the process (which they say makes the VA Construction Loan even more complex than it already is), but Jay and his team knocked it out of the park. Not only do I recommend Jay, but even my custom home builder said this was the smoothest VA Construction Loan process he has ever dealt with (and he also plans to start recommending his future VA clients to Jay as well). If youre looking into utilizing the VA Construction Loan and you havent already contacted Jay and his team, then trust me, youre already starting off on the wrong foot. I highly recommend and would give him 10 stars if Google would let me. Call Jay now!!!
