My fiance and I went into home buying with absolutely no knowledge of what to do and how to succeed. Javier easily put our minds at ease when he came in and guided us like a Sherpa on Mount Everest. He made us feel so comfortable, and even fought for us for better rates. When my fiance and I thought that we had the best rate for say insurance, Javier came right back and said that there is a better rate that he has located. Saying that Javier goes above and beyond would be an absolute understatement on what he actually does. He absolutely cares about his clients, making sure that they are happy every step of the way. All the way till the funding is received. You could tell that with him taking pictures with his successful clients. And I am definitely happy to be amongst them. Javier and his team are an absolute gem in a society that would otherwise take advantage of you. And his knowledge in knowing where to direct you for things such as real estate where they share the same values just shows what kind of company he keeps. I appreciate him so much and helping me and my fiance move forward in our life.

Javier is very professional and guides you through the process. He lets you know what comes next and what to expect. He works diligently to the customer’s best interest. He is knowledgeable and won’t give up on you that easily. When purchasing a home it is important to have a loan officer that is on your side and truly there for you and Javier does just that. My family and I are very grateful for him and his team who worked til the last minute to get our loan closed and into our home. He is highly recommended.
