I was interested in an interest only mortgage and Jacob was recommended by a mortgage broker I know. Not only was I seeking a product that has become harder to find post 2009 but my financial situation was complex as well. While I have good credit and reasonable assets, my cash flow was lumpy and tied into my investment portfolio in a complicated way. Jacob and Iberia were great at working through all the pieces to be able to see the big picture. Communication was excellent and the closing was very smooth. This is the first time in the 10+ houses that I’ve bought and sold that the settlement statement was right the first time. I’m extremely pleased to be a new customer of Jacob and IBERIABANK!

He is very responsive to inquiries and extremely efficient in completing processes immediately upon the receiving the required documents. Additionally, he is connected with other concierge level service providers that will shop around for home insurance, utility, security, etc ... to find the ideal services on your behalf and make moving into your new home very pleasant.
