I cannot recommend Jackson and his team enough! In fact, this was our 2nd time getting a mortgage with him. They took care of us every step of the way during our mortgage process. I dont know any other loan officer who would go the extra mile like Jackson and Kayla (our loan processor) did for us. We were also getting a HELOC and we ran into an issue when the notary missed having us sign a document. NIGHTMARE!! We found a work-around but the team still had to jump through hoops to get us to closing on time. They didnt have to... they could have just pushed the closing but they worked extra hard so we wouldnt have to. 10/10 highly recommend Jackson Thomas!

I do not recall every writing a review for a finance company or real estate finance agent, but Jackson Thomas is an easy exception. My realtor (Barbara Arredondo - who is also excellent) actually guided me to use Jackson due to her experience working with Jackson and his team and his knowledge of the Dallas metro market. In all honesty I was a bit hesitant at first and found a couple alternate mortgage brokers but Barbara convinced me to give Jackson a shot. I cannot thank Barbara enough and I cannot remember ever being happier with such a big decision.I have purchased several houses over the years and have been pretty happy with the mortgage brokers I used on those purchases. But I have to say that Jackson and his team take the financing of a home to an entirely different level than the brokers I used in the past. Jacksons team is right on top of every issue and they are great at communication and keeping the process moving in a prompt, forward motion. I have never been this impressed with a mortgage lender or broker.I highly recommend Jackson and his team. I dont plan to buy another house anytime soon, but if I do I will 100% reach out to Jackson whether I am buying in the Dallas metroplex or elsewhere. I trust Jackson and I value his advice and guidance. Jackson and his team are excellent.

We really enjoyed working with Jackson Thomas! He is so nice, patient and efficient！We purchased our house at the end of 2015. Around 2016 - 2017, he reached out to us and told us the loan rate was relatively low at that period, he could help us on mortgage refinance with a big fee discount. Well, we even didn’t aware of the market loan rate changes. With his help, we successfully lower down our mortgage from 30-year-fix to 10-year-fix, and only have to pay about 100 dollars more monthly. Thank you Jackson, we really appreciate your help! Jackson and team were always patient, knowledgeable, and responsive.As a testament to how responsive they are, we reached out for a pre-approval letter on the Saturday before Christmas at 10pm.
