I can’t say enough good things about Jack and his team at Prime Lending. I was referred to him by another lender and he jumped right in and immediately got to work. My situation was a very time sensitive one and he was in constant communication with me daily about what he needed from me to get my loan approved. Jack was very professional as well as friendly. He took his time and explained anything that I needed clarity on and just made what can be a very stressful time a really comfortable one. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the process. Jack made it seamless from beginning to end — and made sure I understood every single process. If you’re looking for a true professional, go to Jack. Jack was out the office sick, he still returned my calls while he was not feeling well. He is so amazing. He was friendly and approachable and always able to clear up questions that I had. I had such a great experience working with Jack ! Jack was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. He will keep you updated on your loan process while putting in the time to make sure you loan truly fits your needs. He will hear the questions you have and not just give you an automated response like most. I cant say enough great things about Jack Loughborough of PrimeLending. Any time he has worked with one of my buyers with their mortgage, we move forward confidently to the closing table with no hiccups. He is honest and forthright and communicates well throughout the loan process so that we are never left wondering. During the pre-qual stage, he is so experienced and knowledgeable that my clients walk away with either a pre-qual letter or a plan in place to qualify for a mortgage. Ill preface this by saying Im a tough person to please as I prefer to have lots of communication and Jack delivered.Jack was available for questions during business hours, after business hours, and on the weekends. He was also able to explain multiple things in the process that would normally not be handled by a lender.We did a VA and Veteran Land Board loan and Jack was not only able to coach us through the process but was able to assist and advice our realtor.

Just want to say Jack is the best! He was always working on my loan and communicating with me even when he was on vacation twice! He will work extremely hard for you. You can always call or text him if you have any questions. Was very knowledgeable about a down payment assistance grant that helped me close on my home. Just to give you a timeline I made an offer June 7th which was accepted and Closed on the house on July 6th. Thank you Jack for helping me purchase my first home!
