When we set out to get a loan, we found that this was going to be an extraordinarily complicated process due to homestead laws. We couldn’t even get any loan officers to call us back, once we told them the situation. Then I did an online search and found Jack Cooper at Prime Lending. He was totally knowledgeable about this type of situation, and he was ready to help! There were many, many obstacles to overcome, and some looked daunting, but Jack never gave up. There were times that we didn’t hear from him for several days, and we assumed he would have bad news for us, but each time he had been working behind the scenes to overcome another obstacle that came up. He had other clients who kept him busy, but he never put us on the back burner, and if we called or texted, he either answered right away, or called back soon after. In all honesty, I’m pretty sure that any other loan officer would have given up. It was an almost 3 month ordeal, but we were successful, all thanks to Jacks tenacity, knowledge, and diligence. My husband and I give Jack our highest recommendations!! With no exaggeration, hes the best, and we can hardly believe someone like Jack actually exists! So thankful to have found him!

My story: I started out with another lender that wanted to charge me a lot, almost $1000, to get 1 item removed off my credit. After talking to Jack, he literally called me and the creditor and got the item removed completely off with the credit bureaus instead of just saying PAID. I couldnt believe it! It raised my credit score by over a 100 points and lowered my monthly MIP by almost $100 a month. There was such GREAT service from him and he kept me in the loop about everything.
