And more importantly, Judy and her team is very proactive in moving up the things fast, patiently guided me through the entire process and they processed the mortgage loan two weeks earlier, well ahead of closing date. Judy and her team did an excellent job. I strongly recommend this Company and if I buy another home, J Philips Inc is going to be my lender.

Weve worked with Judy and, equally as important, her team for about ten years. I could probably write a book on the great things weve experienced with JPM. Weve done purchases and refis on both our primary homes and rent homes. The process is always smooth, quick as it can be and no bumps or bruises along the way. For me, the most important thing is in my first sentence. I work with a lot of great providers and vendors but if that person is busy or not available, then what?
