If I could add more stars I most definetly would!! Ivan helped me get to the finish line of purchasing my forever home!! I didnt know the first thing about buying a home, I thought I would be in apartments or renting for the rest of my life. He guided me the whole way thru it and if we hit a bump he figured a way to get us over it to get me to closing!! NEVER once tried to get me into something that was out of leauge, and boy did I appreicate that.

Mr. Ivan Tovar was a great help to us, we had gone to another financial company and they denied us the loan because we did not have the necessary seniority at work, but when we consulted with Mr. Ivan he told us that it would be possible although it would take a little time and in a month, thank God, we have our house!
