I have 5 DSCR loans with ILS in Ohio and have had good experiences with each. It seams though that they no longer loan in Ohio. Probably because of the IR skyrocketing. I hope they do again soon because I have investors looking for lenders and I dont know who to refer them to. -

I really like ILS. Their staff is really helpful and friendly. Cant beat doing deals anywhere in Texas. And they have a wrappable loan product. Not many lenders do this. -
