We recently did our first Hard Money Loan through Investmark Mortgage. Investmark was very helpful and supportive and answered all of our questions and steered us in the right direction very quickly throughout the entire loan process. They made our first Hard Money Loan a very pleasant experience. I cant think of anything they could have have done better. I strongly recommend them and intend to use them again in the future.

Our first rehab venture was not a project recommended for 2 rookies like me and my wife Donna. It was a large house with an equally large scope of work. Not having any experience with private or hard money lenders, Investmark came highly recommended by several seasoned investors. Joey Sullivan and Mike Hanna at Investmark walked us through the process of financing our first rehab. Mike wanted to be sure that we were not walking into a bad deal and provided the insight and resources necessary to get our property properly evaluated and appraised. Throughout the construction process they both guided us through some of the rough spots that we hit, made the draw process easy and painless and when asked, provided practical advice on different aspects of our project. Thanks to their knowledge, industry connections and willingness to share their rehab experience, our first project was a success! We look forward to working with them on future projects.

I used Investmark as a Hardmoney lender when I bought my investment property. From my experience they were very professional, prompt on all responses, correspondences, any questions and even in sending out communications. I was impressed at how fast they were, Even at the last my draw came right away.Thanks for a great service, will definitely use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

I have used Investmark on investment properties and they are great to work with. Very good to respond to questions quickly and made our loan and closing go quickly and seamlessly. We will use them on many more of our project homes that we flip. It is very critical to our business to have a funding source that can close quickly and they are able to meet those needs.
