    These guys are great. They are personal, respectful and cordial. I even have a business line with the same guy now every month. His name is Oscar. And he made the stress of paying my auto loan off simple and easy. I went as far to call his manager Jera who also solidified my opinion and the reason I am writing this review. Saying she would personally handle my financial profile if he is out of town. If you are ever offered financing through in touch or looking for a loan. These are the people to go through. 5 stars.

    Well I dont have a ton of experience with this credit union; this is just where I happened to get my car loan from. But Ive never had any issues with my loan for the past year that Ive had it, so thats always a good thing!The reason I am leaving this review today is because of an email I received from InTouch this morning to inform me of the Skip-A-Pay thing they are doing in response to covid 19. I understand this does not mean my payment for the month is waived, but rather that Julys payment will be skipped and another month will be added at the end of my loan. For me, this is really helpful. Like many people, I was out of work temporarily at the start of the pandemic. While I am thankfully back working now, my credit cards and bills have been piling up and stressing me out. I am terrible at asking for help though, so I am not the type to call and ask for something like this.I really, really appreciate that InTouch is just automatically doing this for me, very nice consideration for your customers!

    I have been with InTouch since it was EDS. I always receive excellent service when I visit or call. The Associates take as much time as needed to ensure all of my concerns & questions are addressed.If the Tellers are available and see a customer coming in, they open the door and welcome the customer and then resolve all concerns. Chase bank certainly doesnt do that. lolTo compare banking rates today to what it was years ago is living in the past.....not practical. Shopping for the best rates and best customer service will lead you to InTouch Credit Union.

    I got in a fender bender that resulted in a total loss for my old sedan. Needed a new (used) car fast, and had been with InTouch for 6 years for car loans. They have always had competitive rates, and excellent customer service, but this time they went above and beyond. I applied online for another loan Thursday morning, and in an hour I had a pre-approval for as much as I needed at a better rate than anyone. My Loan Supervisor Jennifer Alcocer was amazing at working promptly to get me the funding I needed fast. Awesome people, awesome service!

    I have banked with InTouch (formerly EDS Employees Federal Credit Union) for 20 years and I recommend them. Good customer service. It’s rarer and rarer these days to call a bank / financial institution and a real human being answers the extension! Branches / atms are shared with their partners, which suits me just fine. Plus they proactively contact me if they identify a product that might better suit my needs. I appreciate that.

    I had an issue with my credit card payment, and called the online customer support to discuss the situation. I was assisted by Jasmine Hickman, who after a detailed discussion of the events was able to research and resolve the problem. She not only was able to resolve in a timely manner, but was able to waive some fees that had been added to my account. Ive been a member for some 23 years or so and appreciate the service that Ive received from her.

    I love the new location in Prosper. The staff is always friendly and ready to help me. All the bankers are knowledgeable. I like that you guys have three teller machines inside the bank now. My only concern is the gas line near the curb in the drive through lane. It’s hard to avoid if you drive a big truck.

    I’ve been a member for well over 30 years. Although the staff has changed the service is still stellar. I’m a lifetime member and will never leave my credit union.Here’s why. Even amidst COVID-19, I’m able to get immediate results when an urgent need hit to cut a cashiers check very quickly for the title company. Teylore saw me fast and helped me get squared away in a New York minute to make my appointment in less than 15 minutes with time to spare. Teylore and really all ITCU staff work hard for the member and truly show compassion for their need.Thank y’all for the continued stellar service. #Member4Life

    I’ve been banking with ITCU for several years now on the personal side and recently had the opportunity to move my business account over from another bank. Shortly after making this transition, the need arose to request a business loan. This was a time critical situation with a deadline in place.I reached out to ITCU and Donny Sanders from the loan department responded to help me on this loan. It is honestly the best loan experience I’ve had in 25 years.He took the time to explain every detail of the application itself, what I could expect during the review stages and ultimately all the way through repayment. I let him know that time was of the essence and I would move quickly if he could do the same.He sent the application right away, I returned it with a couple of hours and as promised, he submitted the loan that same day before leaving work. But we all know this kind of stuff isn’t without challenges. At no fault of Donny or ITCU, my application got hung up in the submission system due to an error by my previous bank. Donny called me right away, let me know what was going on and how he intended to solve it. He stayed in touch with me on what to expect and the timing for everything. He ultimately resolved the issue and the rest of the process went exactly as he described. He reached out 48 hours later to let me know that loan docs were on there way and when I could expect funding.Done right, on time with the best communication I’ve every seen. I know for a fact that Donny is as busy as busy gets but he always took the time to answer my questions, reassured me when issues arose and was very personable and relatable. I would highly recommend both Donny Sanders and ITCU for you business banking needs. Thank you all for making it a great experience!!!

    I just completed my 6th loan with this credit union. Ian B. is phenomenal to work with. Very friendly, quick and thorough. Next time I need a loan I will reach back out to him directly.I also had to work with another rep named Jasmine S. over few emails.     I had this great idea of setting aside a second checking account specifically for house maintenance repairs and enhancements. I would then be able to transfer money into it from the general checking account and/or add money through photo deposits. Well, the set up of the new account was giving me some fits---I am not particularly IT savvy. However, Victoria from the Democracy Branch got me through these steps.QUICKLY!     I just wanted to take a second to mention the more than outstanding customer service I have gotten from Ms. Breya Martin. I stopped by the office (a total of 3 times within (1) week) to obtain a notary to gain access to my sons account. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain a notary on my first (2) attempts. Without going into detail, Ive had some rather unique problems that have come up and she has helped me with compassion, care and understanding!In a day and age when competition is fierce, the only thing to me that sets like companies apart is the kind of attentiveness and courteous customer service that she has given me. Thank you so much for all of your assistance!Id like to recommend that Ms. Breya Martin receives assistance with obtaining her notary, as I could have avoided 2/3 trips to the office. She is a very hard working individual and she pays attention to detail. She has the work ethic and dedication to solve issues (she remembered my face and the reason as to why Ive returned back to the office). She is a rare gem!

    WOW WOW WOW! Dezi and Dawna both blew me away! Best banking experience I have ever had in my life. They got my loan approved immediately. I was so impressed I opened an account with them. This is truly the way all Banking Experiences should be! Plain, simple, and no-nonsense! Professional and Courteous Service. They do not try to push you to one of their Tellers Machines. They are just as happy to help you in person! I would recommend these guys hands down!

    I worked with Dezi from ITCUs loan funding team recently and cannot say enough about how great my experience was. Anytime that I sent an email he was on the ball and answered all of my questions. Additionally anytime that I called them I was greeted with super helpful members of the team such as Jessica, and Raul! I thought that getting an auto loan would be a pain since I no longer live near my local ITCU branch but they proved me wrong. Its really hard to find the ELITE level of customer service that everyone at ITCU provides. If I could give them a higher rating you bet that I would!! Thanks Team!!!

    I called into yalls call center and was really frustrated and not in a great mood. I had an issue with a shared atm deposit, the young lady on the phone was so pleasant and friendly. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. When I got off the call, my mood had been changed and lifted. Truly made my day better.

    This five-star rating is for Brian Bernuy ONLY. I have been an ITCU client for years and Brian is the only person at InTouch CU who has gone Above and Beyond Outstanding. I refuse to bank with ITCU because they have taken away friendly face-to-face customer service and have replaced smiling and friendly employees with machines. When I walk in to the bank I want to be greeted with a pleasant person not a person with a solemn face who points you to a machine to do your transactions.I do however have loans with ITCU. About a year ago I had issues with my accounts and Brian was the only one who was caring enough to look into the issues and provide some helpful outcome. Brian does not work in that department but thankfully that day he was helping the loan department out and I was able to speak with him.Please allow me to say that Brian Bernuy has been extremely helpful and his customer service exceeds far beyond expectation. Brian has been diligent and supportive and helping me with any concern I have on my accounts.It is truly nice to know that he actually cares and is indeed concerned for ITCU customers. The amount of respect that Brian has shown is incredible. Because of the way that Brian handles my situations, is the reason why I will continue to consider ITCU for my future loan inquiries.

    I came in just before Christmas and met with Teylore Harrison for a new debit card because mine had been compromised. She made the experience so nice and even made a new debit card for my husband because I told her his was cracked. This was huge because getting him to get to the bank is like going to the dentist. THANK YOU Teylore for making my day!!Now if only their telephone staff was as helpful as Teylore we may not consider changing banks. Horrible staff on the weekends!!

    My father and I really appreciate how the ITCU staff handled the refinancing of my fathers auto loan. Their attention to detail helped to uncover/investigate an adverse item on my fathers credit report that he did not know was there. In the end the refinancing was approved, and my father looks forward to the improved loan terms that will help him with his budget.I highly recommend ITCU! I have been a member over 35 years, and can truly state that they have a consistent track record for great customer service. (I joined as an EDS employee back when it was EDS credit union.)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In January 2021, my father stopped driving, so we decided to refinance the auto loan that was in both our names. The primary reason for refinancing was to take my fathers name off of the loan. It was a smooth process, and I also benefited from a lower interest rate.     I had a significant problem trying to make some expensive international airline reservations right away due to my debit card limit. I called member care and worked with Luis Gonzalez. He stayed with me through several steps to get my debit card limits set higher and get a larger credit limit on my credit card as a backup choice. Excellent support from ITCU and Luis.     After call numerous times and not getting any help I tried one last time and spoke with Teylore Harrison and she was awesome!!!     Kwamecia was amazing. I have been in sales and service for last 30 years and she was second to none. The Branch was friendly and patient. If the level of service I saw on the front end is any indication as to the culture of the owners, board members, and staff, this is the kind of organization I can take pride investing in. I cannot give any higher praise than what I saw during my time there.The only suggestion I would make is... how about adding messaging chairs in the lobby. Literally the ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF. LOL

    Ive been with ITCU since they were EDS CU, and unlike what another reviewer said, their service has not gotten worse nor have their rates (ps all banks have no gun signs -at least this bank is directly next to a police station which makes it safe -, so really not something to get upset about, let alone give an unfair rating for). The main branch at Democracy & every other location Ive been to have always been friendly & helpful throughout the years.Im forced to use Bank of America for commercial/retail reasons and customer service is night and day - as in Bank of America is atrocious & ITCU treats me like royalty. Even when I was a college kid with very little money, they treated me just as well as a millionaire. Thats gained them my loyalty. I love the perks they give their customers, and I love how executives in their offices will help if lines form (you cant get that anywhere else!)

    I called InTouch with a direct deposit problem. Revenue could not be direct deposited using the account number on the check I sent to set it up. I talked to Luis G. at length and found out InTouch changed the way they identify my different accounts. Luis was very patient and checked the main accounting office to learn the problem. I’m not happy I need to buy new checks, but he is sending me some free to use until I can order new ones. The 5 star is for Luis, NOT InTouch!

    5 Stars for Brian Bernuy ONLY!!! The customer service at ITCU has gone downhill in the past few years but Brian Bernuy has restored my faith in humanity! I was going through a tough time because my car was totaled and the insurance company was not cooperating. When I spoke to Brian Bernuy he took the time to explain my options. Thanks to him I was able to make the best choices and move forward with the insurance company with the best results! He is the only person I want to speak with in regards to my accounts at ITCU.     As long as I worked for the company, it was excellent. Afterwards, meaning RETIREMENT, I started having issues with Debit Card and my Bank Account. Now that it has been more than ten years of non-work status, I have decided to change banking facities to curtail issues formed with or around my Card. Sorry this transaction needs to be done more comfortably.

    Whenever I do go visit, I always have smiling faces. Just recently, I had an issue with processing my loan payment over the phone. I finally called in and complained that the payment was processed but never withdrawn from my checking account. Parveen was able to research the issue, help me by log into the online banking and submit a payment with ease. Not only has this saved me time, its a relief that I could do it myself.     Esmeralda Olmos was a Pleasure to work, I wish all your employees were this helpful, And enjoy it as much as she do helping your Customers,I was very upset about in touch putting more insurance on the truck, as was thinking about leaving and going somewhere else, But after my experience with Ms Olmos, Im staying with In touch.
