Esmeralda was a gem. I came in for a withdrawal and left with a high-yielding bank account as well. I also plan to refinance my auto loan with ITCU thanks to a wonderful promotion they have going. Mayra, her supervisor made me feel right at home and was a wealth of knowledge. I look forward to doing much more business with them in the future.

I have to say this was an amazing experience. My wife, 2 year old daughter, 15 month old son and I rolled into this branch about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close on a Saturday. We had an appointment to payoff our auto loan but I asked if they would mind opening our children savings accounts.Stella Aujere and Esmeralda Olmos didnt skip a beat. They said of course they would and then spent the next hour or so staying late and working with us to get everything all tied up. In the end we paid our auto loan, opened two accounts for the kids and expanded our current account to be more comprehensive. They were not only accommodating but went well above and beyond staying so late and entertaining our children.Its experiences like this that makes banking with their credit union so rewarding. Out of all the times weve gone to the big banks weve never had such a personalized and caring experience!

I just recently relocated from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas. My credit union from there wasn’t offered in Dallas. I visit InTouch on Midway and Nicole was the best. She took the time to work with my account, opened up a new account, plus introduced me to a great financial planner there at the bank(Mr Venkatesh)better known as Mr. Ven! These two employees have worked numbers for my account that I thought wouldn’t work😊.After that I feel we made the right decision!! I would advise anyone to take this challenge and visit them!! Although this location is a little further from me, I always make time to step into this location due to the staff (especially Esmeralda!) always being a great assistance when I’m having troubles. 10/10 would recommend this location vs other locations I’ve visited in the past.

The employees at InTouch are really there to help get a person on the right track finacially. In this time and age in some instances it has become hard to trust anyone or anything. I had a wonderful experience working with Mayra. I was looking for a IRA account that worked best for me and my situation. She was able to basically spell it out for me and made things very clear how to manuver with it. Afterwhich, I met the icing on the cake and that was Esmeralda! She was very helpful with what kind of account I would need outside of my IRA account. After all of this I was blown away of the kindness and how they educated me on different accounts. If you are looking for a great credit union that stands by their WORD! this is the place to check out. Because of this, I will recommend this bank to others! Thanks Ladies for all of your help...

Hello People this is the best credit union in the World.Heres my story, I recently move here, I lost my bank card, I didnt have any cash money on me. I called my bank from out of town to asked wheres their sister bank, they directed me to InTouch Credit Union. Oh I was out of gas also. So when I got to the bank at 4:55 p.m. and they close at 5:00 p.m.When I got there I found out they dont do transfers on a MondayOMG I told Ms. Mayra, Look I dont have any money to go home can at least borrow 5.00. I was afraid and scared because i knew I wasnt going to make it home. Ms Mayra look at me and said are you sure thats going to be enough, I said Yes! She gave me 5.00 I was so happy. I promised her that I will be back tomorrow and give her the 5.00 after I get some money out my account.When I went back to my car, I cry because she did not have to do that. I am a complete stranger. Oh the money came out of her personal account, because I was right there when she did the transaction.I did make it back to the bank and offer to give her 5.00 dollars back but she refuse.I would like to say thank you Mayra Santiago and the staff at InTouch Credit Union you all save my life. I realize 5.00 isnt much money but it was enough to go home and work the next day, and back to InTouch bank. However, I learn to keep some extra money on me and not wait until the last minute to put gas in my car.Thanks for reading my experience. God bless

Was recommended to try InTouch Credit Union by Dallas Autos Direct for a used car loan and they did not disappoint. Saved me thousands of dollars in interest over my other pre-approved option. Stella at the Carrolton Office went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal I could. Then I was contacted by Brandon the Senior Loan Funding Specialist who work to get me the best deal and worked with Dallas Autos Direct to get me the vehicle I wanted at a great savings to me.. I will recommend InTouch and Dallas Autos Direct to everyone I know... I will not go back to a regular bank or a regular big brand deal again after working with Dallas Autos Direct and InTouch Credit Union. Prior to this my last 4 vehicles were from Rockwall Ford and I did not get this kind of service, I will check with Dallas Auto Direct first on my next auto buys, and work with InTouch Credit Union,,
