    I had an amazing experience financing a used car with ITCU thanks to Carlos Martinez. He was knowledgeable, personable and was invested in my satisfaction. He called me and the dealership multiple times just to make sure everything was moving smoothly. I couldnt believe how easy the process was. I had hesitations using InTouch instead of using the car dealership financing. But I am so glad that I did. InTouch credit Union will be my first call when I need financing again. Thanks to Carlos.

    This review, is long overdue. I cannot thank InTouch Credit Union enough for all of your help over the past 10 years with my auto loans. A special thank you to the following team members who Ive personally worked with over the years, Carlos Martinez (both of them), Carlos Mendoza, Raul Goodger, Ashley Applewhaite, Patti Barnard, Dezi Beltran, Mark Raskin, Sarah Herring, Shelby Hatcher, Rasy Heng, underwriters, customer service, managers and branch personnel behind the scenes. You all have been extremely easy to work with and are the best part of Intouch Credit Union. I had my first auto loan with InTouch back in 2014 with Rasy Heng, and have had many others since. InTouch makes it easy to apply for a loan, their team communicates almost instantly with you via a phone call, email and text message which makes it super easy to always have access to your loan officers. Unlike the bigger banks out there, InTouch works with you on interest rates that help them earn your business. They offer GAP protection at a great price, and a EXCEPTIONAL extended warranty, which myself and many other family and friends can vouch on how great of a coverage it is! Best of all the price and coverage literally beats almost every dealer out there. InTouch continues to be my go to for vehicle financing due to their competitive rates and exceptional customer service and responsiveness. Which is why I keep pushing for family and friends to at least get a quote from InTouch anytime they need a personal or auto-loan. I will continue to recommend InTouch and again I cannot thank you all enough for such a great experience and always going above and beyond assisting me with my loan needs. You truthfully have a customer for life in me.

    I’ve been a member for about three years now. I recently requested an auto refinancing loan and Carlos helped me through the process. He was very patient and understanding. It’s was super easy and was never pressured into adding any additional services. I highly recommend using InTouch Credit union for any financial services!

    I meet Lakeisha Roberts at a basketball game and she so happen to be wearing her InTouch shirt. She talked to me about their business and personal banking, so I decided to stop by and I ended up switching my business and personal accounts from Bank of America to InTouch CU. Lakeisha was amazing!! She was very helpful, informative and provided great customer service. Ian Burkhardt as well was a great help! His customer service was great. Im looking forward to building a future with InTouch Credit Union. I will definitely be telling other business partners and owners about InTouch CU.

    Debbie is awesome! She has helped me and my family with much of our banking. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She worked very hard on my sons first car loan. Debbie is always smiling and upbeat. She remembers everyone in my family and asks about them.

    I had an amazing experience here’s Lisseth helped me immediately and I was able to get my car refinanced with added GAP the same day! Process was quick and she went out of her way to help with the approval! She did an excellent job! I recommend this place for anyone wanting to purchase or refinance a car!

    5 Stars for Debbie. Ive said this before, but it never gets old for me cause when I walk into the S. Plano branch, Debbie Fisher always comes out (from behind her desk) to greet me and ask what she can do for me today. Her knowledge of what needs to be done is vast and no matter what question I have she always knows the best way/procedure to use to get me what I asked for and need. As a former (and long time customer) system analyst and programmer of this credit union (I worked and retired from EDS from the Financial SBU) I have first hand experience in how its suppose to work and Debbie has never failed!

    I give a 5 star rating to Chloe Wilbert. She helped me with my request to close an account. It was being processed and I realized I had an outstanding check that I forgot about. It was totally my error. She monitored the account until all was straightened out and then forwarded to me the final statement a month later. She was diligent in her efforts and very thorough and professional in her correspondence.Thank you, Chloe.

    I’ve been with Intouch over a decade now and I have never meet anyone like Ian, the Branch Manager. He made my experience opening up another account very easy and personable. He was definitely assisting me with matters pertaining to the account, but it was like he wanted to know more about me! The simple fact that he listened, related, and showed interest was phenomenal. It really felt like he was an extended cousin. Thank you for hiring Ian he is a wonderful asset!I really hope corporate see’s this and does something really nice for him.

    I am a credit union fan, use them exclusively. Have accounts in 4 different credit unions. At South Plano Intouch, all the staff is great. Was there just last week and received the usual personal service where they know your name. Had a non-routine need last time and Debbie Disher was right there to assist.

    I just moved here from South Texas and I needed to utilize shared branching. I went into in touch and met with Debby Disher Sr. Personal Financial Assistant.     I have banked with Intouch for years and have never had an issue. I have a credit card with them and received a promotion for 0% until September 2021 on any purchase. I chose to purchase new ac unit with the promotion for the full balance of the card. I was just informed today by the ac company that the payment was rejected and I had to use another credit card to apply the full balance of the ac unit install on. Im so mad and disappointed that none of the documentation I received from the promotion said that it was only for half of balance that you have on your credit card. I will be looking for another bank on the near future.After speaking with John at the branch, my issue was resolved and they corrected the promotional rate. I will continue to bank with Intouch credit union. Thanks John.
