Being it was my first time purchasing a home, I had many questions and she always took the time to explain each step to me; many times more than once. Because of my crazy work schedule, Id often message her in the late evenings and shed always reply even if she didnt know the answer off the top of her head. I appreciated her acknowledging my messages, and following up the next morning. She always made sure I was in the loop of what was happening, and that meant a lot to me, because it made it much less stressful.
