Chase Pinkston is out go to for mortgages in Texas. We first worked with him in 2011 when we bought our first family home. Then in 2021 we moved and purchased again, we went with a lender recommended by our real estate agent. That situation ended up not so well for many different reasons. We had 7 days to find a new lender and close on our new loan before we lost our deal with our soon to be new home.Chase literally made it happen. He helped again in 2022 making another purchase super smooth. We have no other reason to work with anyone else unless they don’t work in Texas OR not his specialty.
