My experience with Infinity Mortgage was excellent from start to finish. This was my first time buying a home, and I was really nervous going in because I knew next to nothing about the whole process. I had a friend just do a closing through Infinity recently and he had a good experience, so I decided to place my trust in them as well.From the very start, Jeanne Schull took the time to coach me on what I would need going into the approval, and what I should be doing to maximize my existing credit profile and rating. She was basically a financial adviser to me for a few months and it helped a lot in the end. As my pre-approval, then actual approval were taking place, I was ALWAYS kept in the loop by Jeanne and Anna Chambliss who handled a lot of the paperwork for me. I truly felt like they were working for me to get everything done as painless as possible and to keep me from stressing out (not an easy task with an 8 month pregnant wife and trying to close on a home). They were wonderful the whole way through and got me what I felt was a tremendous rate for a first time buyer with my credit. I would recommend them to anyone. Great team, very effective, and absolutely trustworthy.

As a realtor, I highly recommend James Dowiss lending services to both buyers and investors alike. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable and responsive to buyers needs. We had such a great experience working with Infinity Mortgage. The approval process was quick and painless. The process as a whole was long but that was mostly because of our criteria for the house we wanted. Ashara Byrd was constantly in contact with us. Even if it was just to check in and see how the search was going. Everyone involved in our house buying process from our Realtor to the title company raved about working with Infinity Mortgage. We had always heard horror stories about the home buying process. That was not the case for us. Team Flanagan handled my account (Nick, Ashara and Maria) and they were so attentive, patient and helpful. They helped me refinance my house in less than 3 weeks. Great rate, easy process and always available for questions. Cant recommend enough!

Lynn is the best mortgage broker I’ve ever worked with. We weren’t even looking for a home and drove by a hot property with no loan, no nothing. She responded to an inquiry immediately at 9 pm on a Sunday and had a letter of commitment for us within hours. We made our offer and got our dream home. And she got us an unheard of loan rate. Communication is excellent throughout the process and includes weekly updates. I had trouble with my browser filling out a form sent to me and they called within 5 minutes and we walked through it together. This is my 5th house purchase and this is the very best support, service, and end product by far.

Signing such a large loan can be scary, and its important to know what youre getting into. With Ashara, theres no secrets, no hidden fees, and no ambiguity. She works hard to get you the best rates available and wont lock in the rate until she is confident thats the best rate you can get. Ive been dealing with Ashara since I began my home purchasing experience. This kind of investment makes you skeptical of anyone, especially in a world full of selfishness. Ashara is an elite loan officer due to her industry competence and more importantly b/c of her uncommon integrity and straightforwardness. Whether or not she can give you the best deal, shell let you know without wasting your time, all while giving it her best shot. Youd be remiss if you didnt entertain her as a mortgage loan officer.
