Just an incredibly diligent, hard working and effective group of people. Phillip, Sean, Ali and Kyle were extremely patient, pushing on completion of the loan and through underwriting through all hours of the day.Each person is a clear, quick communicator. They will help you understand the underlying concepts, why there is a blockage (if any), etc.I used HyperSmart for my first home purchase through an alt non-qualified mortgage. In addition, my business is crypto-adjacent. Those three factors (first time, alt non-qualified, crypto-adjacent) makes getting a mortgage very difficult, but they figured it out anyway.

Ali, Gina, Robert and the rest of the team are hyper exceptional with their expertise, their follow through and ultimately the ability to provide lending options especially when the rest of their competitors are unable to. Ali and his team provides excellent guidance, education and actual products with their make sense approach and manual underwriting options. So glad to have been able to meet them. Definitely a great primary option for the real estate buyer, investor and especially the agent who needs the ability to close deals when all hope seems to have been lost.Super interesting that our buyer chose a credit union who decline 3 days before closing. Ugh! The seller graciously allowed us to extend 10 business days and we are now closing with Ali & his team in 5 business days. So important that you have a good and reliable and knowledgeable team.

They were able to offer the most competitive rates in a difficult environment and the service was amazing. Where do I begin? To save everyone a lot of time and trouble Ill cut to the chase. Ali and his team are simply the best Ive ever dealt with! Ive purchased several homes, and land as well, in the past both for personal use as well as investment purposes and Ali has set me right on all occasions. At first, when we first began our financing relationship, I went out and tried to find other lenders who might give me a better product/price but early on I found out that Ali was always honest, always had the best products, and even knew the other lenders I was dealing with and informed me on their products as well. (His are always better) His communication both during work hours and after are great and hes always a phone call away. When talking to Ali he makes you feel like you are his only customer and he not only listens but educates his clients on what everything means and breaks everything down so that you are clear every step of the way. Also, Christina is so great to deal with as well. She is very good at what she does and works in stride with Ali so well! Christina thank you for always taking care of me and answering my dumb questions. lol ; ). If youre reading this I hope it makes your lender decision a little bit easier and I hope that I save you some time from shopping around looking for the best lender to deal with. Ali and his team are second to none and I look forward to working with them on the next deal.

Ali, Frank, and the rest of the team truly embody the term customer service. The difference is clear. I think they are the only people who may clock more hours than me. There wasn’t a time I called that they didn’t answer. That is so hard to find, they really treat each customer as if they are the only one they are helping.Being from a different city, changing jobs with a high portion of my salary commission/bonus based I had some uphill challenges, not only was I able to get the house of my dreams that literally checked every single box but I was able to do so at very favorable terms.Nobody else could have done what they did I’m glad our paths crossed.Don’t waste your time going to a big box lender or “loan broker” these guys are the real deal.
