Hub City Lending is a true blessing! There were always some reason or another that I felt that I wasnt ever gonna be able to buy a home and would always be a renter until I met my realtor Shaun Lewis. He introduced us to Danny Abbasi of Hub City Lending who told us that it was indeed possible for us to be homeowners. Danny and Shaun worked with us to fix what issues we had with our credit. Danny guaranteed us that if we followed the plan we would qualify and get approved for a mortgage. Six months later we closed on our new home and are forever grateful to God for the blessings of our realtor Shaun, Danny and the Hub City Lending team!!!

Every step of my refinance was made as smooth as possible. Donald Spoon was my broker and he did an excellent job at keeping in contact with me throughout. Savannah Adkins was my Loan Processing Specialist. There was not a single time when I could not get ahold of her. She worked very hard to ensure everything was completed for the underwriter and talked me through every process. The mobile notary, Alisha Clark was equally as helpful and worked with me and my schedule to ensure everything was completed and submitted as quickly as possible. I am not sure if I can put into words how awesome Nolan Kitkoski at Hub City Lending is.First off it took us 2 years to find a home. In that time Nolan answered every question, went above and beyond, before and after business hours, and just about did everything he possibly could for us on at least a dozen homes we tried to buy over that time.It was our first time buying and Nolan gave our realtors, the selling agent and title company everything they asked for every time before I could even call him about it. It was a staggering amount of customer service I have honestly not experienced from any company. If he was in manufacturing I would try to hire him in any way possible.Not to mention he is just an awesome person with a great personality. His advice, mentorship, and friendship were an anchor for us and we look forward to staying in touch with a true friend.
