I have worked with Danielle and Lars! This has been my best home buying experience ever! We used the app to communicate and sign docs electronically. Danielle and Lars kept me informed every step of the way! I read where some customers did not have a good experience with Home Vantage Mortgage, which is sad because purchasing a home can be very stressful. I guess it depends on what state you are in. I am about to close, and It has not even a month since my offer was accepted. I hope others have a positive experience like myself. Thanks Danielle and Lars!

I have recently had the great pleasure of working with James Schell, Branch Manager/Mortgage Banker at HomeVantage. As a busy agent with several closings blindsided by the winter storm, I was go grateful that James was constantly present -holding everyone to the timeline and keeping us all apprised of the loan status. We had a 1031 exchange deadline, appraisal delays, out of state buyers, and an ice storm that knocked out water and power city wide. James went over and above to keep our deal moving toward the finish line. Such professionalism in a very challenging environment - that is when you need it the most!
