    I cannot say enough about Raj. He was awesome and amazing during my mortgage process. Met Raj in the middle of my closing process and was already with another lender. Raj got a better interest rate and $7K less in fees than my original lender. I was hesitant about switching lenders in the middle of process not to mess with my firm closing date i had. He assured me that will not be a problem. I decided to take a chance and it was the best decision i made. Less than 10 days to close, Raj was able to get me a better rate, work with the underwriters and close on time. We would have even closed earlier if not for transfer delay of my appraisal from the former lender. Raj was soo knowledgeable about everything , even with the buydown process i was doing. I can personally vouch for him and me and my family are soo grateful for him. He always look out for this clients and never was a time he never responded to any of my questions or concern.     Worked with him for my home mortgage in Prosper,TX. The loan processing speed he worked with only 15 days left for closing is great. We went with two loans instead of a Jumbo loan and he managed to finish the processing both the loans on time. He worked fast towards closing and did what he needed to be. Happy that are able to close on time. He is knowledgeable and switched my loan to a different bank when interest rates dropped. Where there can be some improvement is the communication to the buyer during the process of the loan on whats going on and when.Overall Happy working with him :-)
