My wife and I had an awesome experience with Home USA Mortgage from the beginning to the end. Dan Stout, whom I 100% recommend, made the entire process go as smoothly and quickly as humanly possible. He first helped me refinance my my previous home from a VA Loan to a Conventional Loan to completely restore my full VA Certificate of Eligibility and therefore purchase another home with zero down. This was an option that not even other supposed expert VA lenders made me aware of. After that was done, Dan and his team made sure that we not only closed on the new home by the schedule closing date, they made it possible so that we close 10 days earlier. Our agent was Mike Moore and he was absolutely fantastic as a mortgage broker. We have used brokers before but we could not use our old guy as he wasnt licensed in Texas. Mike was a recommendation from our realtor. We had to go with brokers in the past because of our unique financial history, in that we have rental properties, lawsuits, etc. Because of those issues from past and present, we have had to use brokers to secure loans. This one was especially tough and we got denied on our loan initially even though we met all the criteria. We tried several other brokers but no one could help us. Mike was able to work magic and was able not only to secure the loan but to get in within the time constraints we were under in the hottest of real estate markets in living memory! Thank you Mike!

I have worked with Mike at Home USA on multiple home purchases and just recently my refi. Mike and everyone at Home USA listen to what I need, reply quickly and get things done as quick as possible. My first time buying a home with Mike I had so many questions and was very frustrated for how long everything took (Im VERY impatient). But Mike was always nice, responsive and answered every single question--which were sometimes really dumb. When I first reached out to Mike on my refi about a month ago I gave him a list of must haves in order to refi.
