Rachel was incredible! This was by far the smoothest financing process my wife and I have ever experienced. Even though we never had the opportunity to meet Rachel in person due to the Covid lockdown, she was still able to deliver excellent service levels from start to finish. My husband had been wanting to refinance our home for sometime now but always dreaded the whole long drawn out process. We had a horrible experience when we originally purchased our home in 2015. I ran across a post on facebook of someone looking for reccommdations on a company to use to refinance their home, I felt that was a sign and that I needed to go ahead and start the process. A name that kept being mentioned was Mike Porter with Red Diamond Home Loans so I decided to reach out. I emailed him late one Friday evening and he responded immediately advising that his daughter Rachel would reach out. He did warn me that she was the top loan officer. 😁 As promised, Rachel reached out early that following Monday morning and from the 1st email I knew I had found the right company. Rachel was VERY responsive and answered all of my questions, help me understand quotes, etc. I was also getting quotes and speaking with other lenders as well but Rachels promptness and great customer service totally overshadowed theirs. After Rachel, I begin to work with Christa and OMG she was a joy to work with as well. The whole time, Im thinking these ladies are just too awesome; I felt like I was their only customer. I wish I knew about them when we 1st purchased our home. It was such a joy working with them both and I have told all of my many friends about them.Keep up the good work ladies!!
