Ashley is PHENOMENAL at what she does! Our house buying process had to be sped up due to unforeseen circumstances. After being turned down multiple times, by multiple people and companies that provided empty guarantees, she came highly recommended! She made the process so simple and her continued reassurance kept me sane during the process. Our total home buying process took about 4 months. We closed on our home with enough time to not have to rush out of our rental. I’m almost pretty sure it’s because of how efficient the process is. But of course, everyone’s situation is different! First of all, the ONLY reason I am giving this business 5 stars is simply because 10 stars was not an option! After having multiple bad experiences with different agents when trying to get a home loan, Ms Ashley came to the rescue! When it was time to submit my offer, the agent I worked with stopped returning calls because he went out of town. I almost lost the house, but my realtor (Ms Keyatta Johnson- best realtor in town!) suggested that I use Ms Ashley. It was late and during the weekend and I was stressed out, but Ms Ashley stayed calm, helped me through the process and got me the absolute best deal in the during the rising interest rates. From that day until closing, Ms Ashley was there! She also recommended an insurance agent (Ms Michelle from Traveller’s Insurance) who managed to save me over $1000 compared to other companies! This was the second home I purchased and Keyatta and Ashley were the best team, hands down! If you want the smoothest and most professional duo for your home buying and home loan needs, this is who you need to contact! I guarantee you will be just as happy as I am!(Purchased my home May 2022)
