    We do not have enough good things to say about Jeff Shealey! He was recommended to us by my mom, who worked with Jeff to purchase a house 10 years ago, and mom definitely knew best! Buying a home is scary and stressful, and buying your very first house not knowing what’s going on is especially terrifying. Yet, Jeff is amazing! He answers all of our questions in detail and makes us feel calm and confident. He responds to emails, calls and texts quickly, which is huge when things are moving as quickly as they do during the home buying process. The entire time we worked with him, it has been clear that he has our best interests in mind at all times, which speaks to his incredible character.     We were moving to Texas from New Jersey and the bank we loved in NJ does not support the Texas market. So we asked our realtor for a recommendation,. We worked with the Shealey team for about 6 months as we determined how much we could afford and how to structure the finances of our purchase. We had several changes throughout like a new job, which changes how mortgage companies look at your financials, and a deal in purchase, where we lost our original lock. In all the scenarios and acrosss all the issues, the Shealey team was just fantastic. So responsive, friendly and courteous. The team routinely went above and beyond to get our questions answered in a simple and easy to understand way. They were fun to talk to and it felt as though they really cared for us as a family.
