Ive been a customer of Hillcrest Bank since 2008, and Im even more impressed after todays experience. The moment we walked in, Maria and Selina warmly greeted us and took us to Toya, our banker. We wanted to set up accounts for my 5 and 7-year-old daughters to teach them about financial principles and Toya was fantastic with my girls.Toya prepared folders for my girls with personalized welcome notes and some age-appropriate literature to teach them about banking. They even left with lollipops and got to see the cash counting machine in action. We were grateful to the team for making a seemingly ordinary process very special for my girls.

I have been with Hillcrest Bank for almost 10 years now. The level of personal attention and professionalism that Wade Simpson and Tina have shown me is unmatched by any banking experience I have had in the past. They have really gone above and beyond for me especially in these trying times. I have also referred my best friend Mark to them and he is extremely satisfied as well. I would highly recommend Hillcrest Bank!!
