We had been working with another lender that we found ourselves prior to finding out about Sabrena and her great reputation and reliability from our realtor. Our previous lender gave us a budget cap that was HALF of what Sabrena was able to work out for us! Finding Sabrena was a breath of fresh air. Im so very glad our realtor told us about her. As first time home buyers, we had been left in the dark about the financial aspect of home buying for 9 months while looking for a home. We wasted so much time that could have been spent finding the right home for us. Once we found out about Sabrena, she knew of our timeline and worked SO fast to get us approved for the budget we wanted and deserved. We were able to find our DREAM home because of Sabrena! She worked tirelessly after hours. She answered our questions so quickly, answered the phone every time we called even late in the evening, and so much more that I cant even type all out. She also watched interest rate trends for us and got us the best possible interest rate, saving us money on our monthly total payment! This woman is a rockstar. She also helped make it happen where we wouldnt have to pay our first house payment until our lease was up on our current house. Throughout the whole process, she educated us, gave us solid advice, led us in the right direction. She was patient with us as first time home buyers and dealt with our multitude of questions.     Working with Sabrena was awesome!My wife and I originally went to an online lender to start the first time home buyer loan process. They kept trying to raise the interest rates after the lock-in and they did keep raising the closing costs. It took many calls to reach them and they acted like it was an inconvenience every time. It was a nightmare.Sabrena was suggested to me by a coworker and immediately upon reaching out I knew I was in good hands.
