As first time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions on many things throughout he process. Hector was extremely patient and kind to explain everything in detail and guide us every step of the way to make the best decision for us. Hector is also bilingual, which helped a lot with the communication, as my wife and I are bilingual as well and English is our second language. He has great charisma and was always happy to assist us, making us feel very comfortable to reach out for any questions at any time of the day. Hector has great knowledge of the realtor side of the process, and that made us feel even more confident when making decisions. He was even present for our closing day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and it did! Overall, we are very pleased with his performance, efficiency and costumer service skills. I will definitely recommend Hector and NewFed to any of my friends and/or relatives who are looking to buy a house. I wanted to share my experience with Hector Viezcas from Fairway Mortgage.This was the first mortgage loan with this company, and I was very impressed..Hector was on top of the loan process every step of the way.He was in constant communication and kept me, my client, escrow officer and Listing agent updated. We closed on a FHA loan in 14 working days!!! He is very knowledgeable in all the type of loans and State and Federal Grants-TDHCA & TSAHC. He qualified my client thru one of the grants that helped my Buyer with his Closing Costs. . I will definitely send him more clients!!
