I have been through the mortgage loan pre-approval process before but have never had a loan officer be as thorough as Hector was in order to ensure that he gave us the most accurate price possible. He also went above and beyond to find us anything we could benefit from being “ first time” home buyers, which helped us stretch our budget. It made the process so much quicker, and streamlined, when we found the house we wanted to buy. We could not have done it without his amazing work. So interesting story/review MUST READ! I’ve never met Hector directly but he was the lender on the Buyer side of a deal that I was the Listing Agent for. The contract was an FHA loan (which can be scary to deal with as a listing agent). To my surprise it was such a smooth deal, my clients LOVED ME, which made me earn mad respect for Hector and the Buyer’s agent! Then a week later, I sent Hector a Buyer and that closed seamlessly as well,( which was a VA deal in Houston). Keep in mind I’ve never met Hector in person, and I wouldn’t know who he was if he passed me on the street BUT I bet he will answer if I call him! I’m grateful I was introduced to him, I love LENDERS that respond QUICK, and Lenders that find ways to make deals happen without stressing the Agents and the Clients. With that being said, I Highly recommend Hector and his Team! -
