Hardy mortgage had the two qualities I had to have for my cash-out / equity loan: 1) experience, and 2) honesty. I always knew I was getting the best deal out there (the APR was appreciably lower than what an online broker offered) and Margaret made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommended!

I’ve actually worked with Margaret for dang near 20 years at this point dating back to when I was a loan officer and paid her to do my loan processor. Having been in the business before I have no shortage of friends in the business. But when I need a mortgage loan, I don’t think twice or hesitate to contact Margaret. She’s done all of my mortgages. Bottom line is she knows what she’s doing and with her vast experience she knows how to think outside the box which in the case of self employed people like myself, that’s a unique quality. On top of that she’s just honest and open…fair deals and great service. She has great relationships with her lenders and underwriters which is very important in mortgages. I can’t imagine why I’d ever use a different mortgage broker…highly recommend Margaret.

Hardy Mortgage was great for us. We worked with Margaret and she did such a great job. We needed a lot of direction and information. She was so patient and worked very long hours. We had millions of questions and she was always quick to respond. She sat with us and went over all our options and explained things in ways we could understand. After having negative experiences with other mortgage brokers she was a breath of fresh air. I felt at ease that she was looking out for our interest first. I highly recommend her and Hardy Mortgage.
